Lefrak Report: PUBLIC TOSSED SALADS (and fentanyl overdoses)!

As predicted San Francisco keeps sliding down into the sewer but gee whiz! the city certainly is beautiful. Seriously though just when I think that SF’s street activity can’t get worse then there’s the tossed salad incident!
