The majority of San Franciscans with common sense know what the deal is...It’s a junkie invasion!...Drifting in from all over the USA no they are NOT displaced local poor!... they are seriously addicted to fentanyl and other hard-core substances...And you might ask is there a plan to help them with rehab??
