Buzzkillers deliberately show up to throw water on your sandwich. Face to face or online! A depressing or negative effects. And a person who centers themselves is emotionally ignorant & selfish. Like someone who tells you they broke their ankle last week instead of showing them empathy you say wow five years ago I broke my wrist! That’s being a buzzkill and centering yourself!
