UC Hastings Law College sued San Francisco for “deplorable” conditions in the Tenderloin & the City settled the lawsuit promising to remove (if you can believe this), 300 junkie tents and yet the most notorious nasty Tenderloin alley of them all, Willow, between Larkin and Van Ness hasn’t been cleaned yet!
